Most buyers focus on what they can see on the lot… floor plans, features, finishes.
But some of the most important decisions about safety and ride quality are “invisible”.
Two of those decisions are balance beads inside the tires and the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
Once the RV is built, neither is visible. But both play a real role in how the unit tows, how the tires wear, and how issues are caught before they become problems, especially at speed and under load.
In this post, I show what you normally never get to see: the balance beads themselves and exactly how the TPMS sensor is mounted directly to the wheel before the tire goes on. Seeing it exposed makes it clear why these systems work and why they’re set up this way.
This is about understanding the details so you can explain why certain things matter and build trust doing it.
